Within one working day for sales and general enquiries. Support tickets from customers on Business and Enterprise plans are answered within four working hours.
Yes. Guided onboarding is included on Business plans and managed onboarding on Enterprise: we set up mailboxes, teams, SLA policies and approval rules with you. On smaller plans we still run the first mailbox connection with you on a call.
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA and a GDPR-aligned data processing agreement, and we will review yours. Ask sales and we will send both.
India Standard Time (UTC+5:30). Phone support runs 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday. Email is monitored outside those hours for Enterprise customers.
