Know the reply arrived - or know that it did not
"We replied on Tuesday" is not much comfort if the reply bounced on Tuesday too. SupaDesk tracks every outbound message from draft to delivered, and tells the author when it did not get there.
- Your domain, your sender
- Bounces matched to the message
- Automatic suppression
How does SupaDesk handle outbound email delivery?
Each reply is built once into a standards-compliant email with correct threading headers and sent either through the connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox or through a sending service - Amazon SES, Postmark, Resend or ZeptoMail. Delivery, bounce and complaint reports flow back by webhook, are matched to the exact message, and update its status. Addresses that hard-bounce or complain are suppressed from further mail.
- Send natively through Gmail or Microsoft 365, or via SES, Postmark, Resend or ZeptoMail.
- Every message carries its own Message-ID so customers' mail clients thread it correctly.
- Delivery events matched by message, never guessed from the recipient.
- Hard bounces and complaints suppress the address; soft bounces count towards a threshold.
- A transport with no bounce webhook is flagged - silence is not the same as success.
- Failed and bounced replies appear on the author's dashboard.
