Your agents open strangers' email all day. Make that safe.

A support inbox is the one place in your company that is paid to open every attachment and click every link it receives. SupaDesk puts three walls between that mail and your team.

  • Virus-scanned attachments
  • Sandboxed HTML
  • Links checked before they open

How does SupaDesk protect agents from malicious email?

Inbound email is sanitised when it arrives, and only the sanitised copy is ever shown - inside a sandboxed frame that blocks the sender's scripts and keeps your session out of reach. Every attachment is virus-scanned before it can be downloaded and is always delivered as a download, never opened inline. Remote images are off until an agent asks for them, and links pass through a checker before the browser follows them.

  • Sanitised copy stored beside the original; only the sanitised one is served.
  • Sandboxed rendering without same-origin access or pop-ups.
  • Attachments: clean or deliberately skipped only - pending and failed scans stay locked.
  • Pictures are served as what their bytes really are - never as SVG.
  • Remote images off until "Show images" is clicked.
  • Link interstitial with look-alike detection and optional reputation checks.
How it works

Three walls, and none is an excuse to drop another

  1. 01

    Sanitise on arrival

Scripts, forms and dangerous markup are removed when the message is received - before anyone looks at it.

  2. 02

    Render in a sandbox

What remains is shown in an isolated frame with a strict content policy, so a missed trick still cannot reach your session.

  3. 03

    Scan every file

Attachments are scanned for malware and only become downloadable once they are known to be clean.

  4. 04

    Check every link

A click goes through a checker that shows the real destination and flags the common disguises.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before they start

Yes. Every attachment is virus-scanned before it can be downloaded. A file that is still being scanned, or whose scan failed, is not treated as clean - it stays unavailable until it is.

Sanitised when the message arrives, stored beside the untouched original, and displayed in a sandboxed frame that cannot run the sender's scripts or reach your session. Agents and portal customers get the same protection.

Remote images can tell the sender that, and when, an agent opened the message. They load only when an agent clicks "Show images". Images embedded in the message itself are shown once scanned.

It opens an interstitial that shows where the link really goes, flags common tricks such as look-alike domains or a mismatch between the visible text and the destination, and - if you enable it - checks the address against Google's list of known unsafe sites.

Let your agents open the next attachment without flinching.
